Sorry for the Delay

So I have to be quick, my internet time is about to run out and I want to be sure to ge this post up. First of all, for anyone out there reading this, and waiting for new posts...thank you so much. It makes me feel all sorts of warm and fuzzy, and a little self-righteous, I can't lie to know that people are interested in what I'm writing and what's going on, so thanks for being awesome..seriously.

This will be the fastest blog ever, and I apologize. Since the last post:

Joe and Tony have left
Mike is about to leave
Jessica and Jamie have arrived
I do miss home, but India is still amazing
I, as yet, have not gotten to a cricket match, but hopefully the tide will turn and this weekend we'll get to see some IPL action. Hopefully the Chennai team will get into the semi-finals of the tournament!
The Theosophical Society (it's on Wikipedia...I promise) Is an absolutely amazing place...something like the combination of the Garden of Eden and Oz...and there were actually bats! Yes, like the flying bats! It was awesome
and finally...yes, I think you know what's coming...

DAVID COOK WON AMERICAN IDOL...it's the best thing to happen during the Bush administration, so I'd like to thank everyone, especially my mom who voted in my stead, since to call from India 20 times would cost me roughly a week's salary! So yeah, I'm stoked.

Alright, since this internet connection will self-destruct in 60 seconds (damn you Al Gore for creating an imperfect World Wide Web)...I'm gonna go, but I'll be back hopefully sooner, rather than later!

P.S. Happy Anniversary to my cousin...Allison & Robert.. has it really been a year?!
P.P.S. There's never ever a need to steal an i-pod from a stranger. If you want all the seasons of Arrested Development you can either buy them on DVD or ask to borrow next time!
Hopefully making the world a better place,
Marissa

That iPod situation really blows. Especially since every episode of Arrested Development is available for free on Hulu.com.
